S\u00e1calas y ponlas sobre papel absorbente. Eso evita que se ablanden cuando entren al guiso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Haz el sofrito.<\/strong><br>En el mismo caldero, calienta tres cucharadas de aceite y sofr\u00ede la cebolla, el aj\u00ed y el ajo hasta que todo huela a gloria. A\u00f1ade el tomate y deja que espese unos 5 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agrega la carne.<\/strong><br>Incorpora la carne molida, desmenuz\u00e1ndola con la cuchara. Sofr\u00ede unos\u00a0<strong>10 minutos<\/strong>, hasta que cambie de color y suelte sus jugos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condimenta con arte.<\/strong><br>A\u00f1ade el comino, el laurel, sal, pimienta y el az\u00facar. Revuelve y echa el vino seco. Deja que evapore el alcohol a fuego medio unos\u00a0<strong>3 minutos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El toque habanero.<\/strong><br>Agrega las pasas y aceitunas, mezcla bien y baja el fuego. Cubre y deja cocinar\u00a0<strong>15 minutos<\/strong>\u00a0m\u00e1s.
